LFM
LOW FLOW METERS
The
LFM flow meter is designed for extreme low flow
rates on low viscosity fluids. Working on the well
proven oscillating piston principle, the flow of
liquid creates a side to side movement of the
piston. A sensor mounted in the meter body directly
above the piston detects the movement and converts
it into a pulsed signal. Each action of the piston
allows an extremely low volume of fluid through
resulting in a very high K-factor (number of pulses
per litre) and accuracy.
The
flow range of this meter is from 0.005 to 0.25
L/min. Maximum pressure is 100 bar and maximum
temperature is 70°C. Connections are 1/8" and
the meter is supplied with a 40 micron filter
fitted on the inlet port. Material of construction
is 316 stainless with either a viton or teflon
seal.
